As an IT engineer, my role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining computer systems and networks for organizations. I work with various technologies such as servers, databases, operating systems, and software applications to create efficient and effective systems. I am responsible for ensuring that the systems and networks I design are secure, reliable, and scalable to meet the organization’s needs. Additionally, I provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems as they arise.
