As a Cost Scheduler at ASRC Energy Services-HCC, I was responsible for creating and managing baseline and master project schedules for large, multiyear projects. I estimated and managed projects with budgets ranging from 5M to 30M, ensuring they were cost efficient and achievable. I managed manpower, cost, and schedule in coordination with project teams during execution, to ensure projects were completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.
